Krypton BPO Privacy Policy

KRYPTON SERVIÇOS CONTABEIS S/S operates the website https://kryptonbpo.com.br, the community chat https://chat.kryptonbpo.com.br and the mobile applications at Krypton BPO (“Service”).

Krypton BPO’s policy respect the privacy of Users/Clients in relation to any information that we may collect on the Krypton website and other websites that we operate. Bellow we describe our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when the User uses our Service and the options associated with that data.

I. Definitions Regarding the Privacy Policy

Service: means the operations realized out through the website https://kryptonbpo.com.br, the community chat https://chat.kryptonbpo.com and the mobile application operated by KRYPTON SERVIÇOS CONTABE S/S.

In agreement with the General Data Protection Law, No. 13.709/2018, Art. 5. apply:

  • Usage date: data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Service or by the own infrastructure of Service (for example, the durations of a visit to some page);

  • Data controller: natural person or legal entity, under public or private law, who are responsible for decision regarding the processing personal data;
  • Data processors (or operator): natural person or legal entity, who performs the processing of personal data on behalf of the controller.

II. User Consent to Information Collection and Use

We only use cookies if we have obtained the User’s prior consent (General Data Protection Law, No. 13.709 / 2018, Art. 7, I). The User agrees to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy when uses the Service.

After your first access to our website, a banner will appear, notifying the use of cookies and the privacy policy, and the User will be consenting to continue browsing our website.

In addition, to protect our legitimate interests regarding the provision of the services provided for in the contract, Krypton BPO stores this data for a limited period of time in order to be able to initiate a tracking of personal data in the event of actual or unauthorized access attempts to our servers (General Data Protection Law, No. 13.709 / 2018, Art. 7, IX).

Our website may have links to external websites that are not operated by us, so we have no control over the content and practices of those websites and we cannot accept responsibility for their respective privacy policies

The main types of data collected are described bellow.

a) Personal data

When using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with some personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

V. Data processing outside of Brazil

In such cases, we will ensure that a sufficient level of protection is provided for the data through specific agreements with our contractual partners or we will request explicit consent to carry out these processing.

VI. Service providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform activities related to the Service or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are required not to disclose it or use it for any other purpose. We may use third party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our service.

VlI. Data Security

The security of your data is important for us, so we use several tools and technologies for this purpose in our Service, such as HTTPS.

a) HTTPS

The HTTPS protocol that secures the transmission of sensitive information such as personal, payment or login data. HTTPS is a secure extension of HTTP. Sites that configure an SSL / TLS certificate can use the HTTPS protocol to establish secure communication with the server.

VIlI. Child Privacy

Our Service does not serve children under 18 (“Children”)

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian and know that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we collect Personal Data from children without checking parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

  • Right to request the correction, deletion or restricted processing of the User’s personal data;;
  • Right to object to processing for reasons of our legitimate interest, public interest or profiling, unless we can prove that there are compelling and justified reasons that replace your interests, rights and freedom, or that processing is done for purposes of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims;
  • Right to data portability;
  • Right to file a complaint with a data protection authority (ANPD);
  • The User may, at any time, with future effect, revoke your consent for the collection, processing and use of your personal data. For more information, see the description related to the above, describing the processing of data based on your consent (See item II. User Consent regarding the Collection and Use of Information).
  • If the User wishes to report an adverse event or make a technical complaint related to any Krypton BPO service, he may contact the Information Security and Privacy Officer by emailing dpo@kryptonbpo.com.br

X. Contact

You can contact us to request information, adjustments or the withdrawal of your data registered at Krypton BPO. For that, access our Request from Data Holders page. When redirected, you will be able to inform your demand and, as soon as possible, our Information Security and Privacy Management Officer will respond to your request. The definitive deletion of the data can be made on request, and will be effective by Krypton BPO after end the purpose of use. The need to archive this data for purposes like accountability can perfectly live with blockage or inactivation of the use of your data.

Xl. Update of the Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Updates to our Privacy Policy will be posted on our website. Any changes take effect after being posted on our website.
